Returns

We hope you will love your cushions!   

But we do understand sometimes you may need to return your order. As it is so costly, we regret are unable to offer free returns.

We recommend using our fabric sample service to check the fabric feel and colour.  

Please email us at sales@justcushions.co.uk to request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.  Returns must be then be sent within 14 calendar days of our reply in unused condition with the tag attached and in the original recyclable bag.  Return postage must be paid by customers and returns sent with a tracked service. 

  

We guarantee that all our cushions leave us in perfect condition and we know very rarely deliveries may be damaged in transit. If this happens, please inform us within 7 calendar days, take photos of any damages including the packaging and email us: sales@justcushions.co.uk.
